Follow the Call is an organization that encourages pastors to identify and invest in men who have aspirations of pursuing vocational ministry.  We provide tools and resources to understand and discern the call to ministry.  We share a proven framework to walk alongside men as they explore the call.  Our aim is to encourage and partner with ministry leaders to equip and mobilize a new generation of disciple makers.

Our Vision

Follow the Call inspires men to reach the lost, encourage disciples to grow in their faith and expand the church emboldening men to pursue the ministry.

The person is wearing a black shirt and black shorts and is sitting on a dark gym floor. A visible tattoo in blue text is on their right forearm. The hands around them are diverse in skin color and seem to be comforting or supporting them.

Our Mission

Follow the Call is an organization dedicated to empowering men to follow Gods call upon their heart to pursue ministry as pastors, preachers and teachers of the Word and mentor emerging leaders.

Our Role

We provide tools and resources to those aspiring to be involved in ministry and the local pastor to assist men to grow in their faith, discipleship skills and ability to lead.   We share a proven framework to walk alongside men who feel a sense of calling and aspire to be involved in vocational ministry.  We have created this online site to provide up-to-date reading resources, video call to ministry testimonies for encouragement, links to schools, and blog posts related to the call of ministry.  Resources and tools are important, but more essential is personal connection.  We make ourselves available to aide local pastors and ministry leaders in their efforts to be intentional to raise and equip leaders for discipleship to serve the church.
